Faith can move mountains - 'letting go' the key

This case is about the youngest client who was diagnosed with cancer and left me with valuable lessons around hope, faith and 'letting go'. The incident I am about to recount unfolded in March 2019. I had completed my workshop only a few months earlier, in August 2018, and was still learning to inhabit the role of a therapist. A handful of successful past life regression sessions had given me some confidence, and news of my new role as therapist had quickly spread among my friends. One afternoon, an old friend—Kiran (name changed)—called me. Our conversation on past life regression was long and searching. Gradually, as he grew assured of my sincerity, he revealed the real reason for his call: he wanted me to conduct a session for his maid’s nine-year-old daughter, Veena (name changed). Kiran explained that Veena had been diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour. She had undergone surgery, but the cancer persisted and had already advanced.  An energy healer he had approached ha...

This case is about a client who experienced mysterious cuts near her genitals and the pain seems to have been carried forward from thousands of years.  It gives us important lessons on standing up against injustice instead of being mute spectators. Sunaina (name changed), a lady in her early forties was referred by a common friend.   She had a peculiar health issue.   She was experiencing cuts near her genital area.   She had visited two well reputed hospitals in the city and also consulted other  dermatologists and gynecologists, taken medicines but the issue was not solved.   She was tired of taking medicines and was not sure how to resolve this.   A friend of mine suggested PLRT and asked her to read some cases on my blog.  She got hope after reading, “Every female should be strong and educated, shouldn’t depend on anybody and should stand for herself”, which was a case about Reshma, who also had cuts near her genital area. During the hi...

Women play an important role in all our lives - as mother, teacher, sister, wife, daughter, friend, colleague etc.  I am sharing the notes from my sessions with Reshma (name changed), to high-light the importance of girls being provided with good education and values, and also ensuring we bring them up strong to face and overcome the challenges the world would throw at them.  At the same time, it is also important to bring up the sons with good value system so that they give the respect women in their lives deserve. Reshma, a home maker and lady in her late 30s, lives with husband, two kids and in-laws.  Daughter is about 12 years and son about 8 years old.  She is happy with her married life.  Financially, the family is well off.  For six months she has developed a unique health issue and has been visiting gynecologists and dermatologists from reputed hospitals with no proper resolution to the issue.  She develops cuts in the genital area and boils wi...
