Every female should be strong and educated, shouldn’t depend on anybody and should stand for herself

Women play an important role in all our lives - as mother, teacher, sister, wife, daughter, friend, colleague etc.  I am sharing the notes from my sessions with Reshma (name changed), to high-light the importance of girls being provided with good education and values, and also ensuring we bring them up strong to face and overcome the challenges the world would throw at them.  At the same time, it is also important to bring up the sons with good value system so that they give the respect women in their lives deserve. Reshma, a home maker and lady in her late 30s, lives with husband, two kids and in-laws.  Daughter is about 12 years and son about 8 years old.  She is happy with her married life.  Financially, the family is well off.  For six months she has developed a unique health issue and has been visiting gynecologists and dermatologists from reputed hospitals with no proper resolution to the issue.  She develops cuts in the genital area and boils with pus on her thighs.  The doctors

Sometimes you have to suffer in life, not because you were bad, but because you didn’t realize where (and when) to stop being good

Many times we wonder why some good people go through difficult phases in life.  We casually blame God or past karmas for this.  It has been about 4 years since I had conducted the session for Sandhya (name changed) and received the title message.  This morning, I received the message again over whatsapp from my friend Prakash who shares well meaning quotes every morning and remembered the session with Sandhya which I had posted on https://forum.amarantos.org/  with the same title.  I am sharing the article now here.  Many of us will be able to relate to the title and I hope you gain something from here. Payback time - Experiencing past life through meditation

I always wondered if it is possible to experience past life during meditation.  This is a question that have been asked by many.  Below is an interesting true experience of one of my clients who happened to experience past life while she attended a meditation workshop. It has been a long time since I have shared an interesting session.  I have had very little time during the last year for conducting the PLRT sessions.  There have been couple of interesting ones which unfolded and I will share them some time in the future as I await for client feedback and approval to post the details on this blog. Many years back, I read a book by Swami Vivekananda and he had mentioned that he was able to recollect his past lives.  He had also mentioned that all of us are capable of recollecting our past lives, once we are able to meditate.  It is said about Gautam Buddha, that, he was able to visualize all his earlier births before he attained enlightenment.  For me, it was impossible to even comprehe

Nothing is in our control - accept life - slipping is ok

Many times in life we hold ourselves or others responsible for some of the accidents.  We are unable to forgive and let go.  There are also times when people appear to inherit lot of wealth but are unable to enjoy the wealth.  The below narrative is throws some insight into these.  It was one of the sessions where the client could visualize three past lives in one session. About a year ago, I received an email from a person by name Brinda (name changed) .   She introduced herself as a student of one of my friend who conducts Sanskrit classes and mentioned that during one of the discussions relating to karma, he had spoken about past life regressions and had shared my email id with her as she was keen to have a session at the earliest.   I told her that it may take about 2-3 months as I was busy with other priorities and she was willing to wait.   Few days later, I realized that I had some free time on 26 th December.   I checked with her about her availability, and she readily agreed.
