Untangle the secret of the Past, Present & Future

This post covers my first experience as a therapist at the PLRT workshop. Day 4 of the workshop Most of the participants arrived on time for the workshop. When he asked for volunteers, every hand went up. Eventually, one participant was chosen through a draw of lots, with each of us writing our names on slips of paper and placing them in a glass jar. This post covers the preparation for the PLRT workshop and the initial days of the workshop. In March 2018, I confirmed my participation in a five-day Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) workshop scheduled to begin on August 15. At the time, I was serving my notice period at Unilever. My role involved managing senior stakeholders across Asia and Africa, as well as leading a team of 55 employees. I was responsible for ensuring a smooth handover to my successor. My notice period was extended from three to four months while the organization searched for a suitable replacement. During this time, many colleagues reached out to ask about my future plans. This post is about the key events that led me towards the concept of past life regression therapy (edited on 24-Aug-2025) I was born into a Hindu middle-class family, and my early years as a child were spent in my paternal grandparents’ house in Shivajinagar, Bangalore (now Bengaluru).  A bustling joint family that included my parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.  Just half a mile away lived my grandfather's elder brother and his wife, who had no children of their own.  My father would often visit him and, on occasion, would take me along.
